Reporting to the Head of Quality, the postholder will be responsible for expanding the in-house capability to deliver lining works by working alongside existing teams to oversee lining application. This is a national role, supporting all delivery teams. You will work in line with our core values and contribute to our sustainability culture.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Support Project Delivery teams nationally in the delivery of all linings projects
• Expand our in-house skill set by training direct labour teams in the application and use of linings, including but not limited to firestone, EDPM, HDP, LLDP, Flag on, Geotextile, trench details, baffle curtains, loose laid liners, French gutter systems, reed bed liners, lagoons, heat welding and fusion welding
• Oversee works and help with application by working alongside site staff
• Act as the first point of contact for all lining works

We are looking for the type of person who enjoys passing on knowledge by working alongside existing crews to upskill their current capability. You should have the technical knowledge to lead and develop lining projects, and the hands-on ability to get stuck in and help with application.

Experience in a similar role will be more important than qualifications. We are looking for someone with excellent communications skills. Someone who is approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable.

UK wide travel and some overnighters will be part of the job. You will be empowered to manage your own diary and take full ownership of your workload with a high degree of autonomy.
